Job summary

Nixil Pty in Canberra is seeking a Training Specialist to design and deliver effective learning solutions within a secure, complex environment.

You will assess training needs, develop plans, create materials, and deliver classroom, virtual and self-paced training, working with subject matter experts to ensure accurate content.

A current NV1, NV2 or TSPV security clearance is strictly required, with March 2027 start date.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and delivering systems and process training.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience with learning management systems and eLearning authoring tools.
• Strong facilitation and written communication skills.
• Understanding of secure information handling requirements.
