MSS Security Pty Ltd is seeking a Training Coordinator to lead the coordination and delivery of operational and accredited training for the guarding workforce and client stakeholders. This role reports to the General Manager within the Defence portfolio and involves travel across ACT, NSW and VIC state offices.

You will help shape a proactive learning strategy, deliver responsive interventions, and support multiple online learning systems while collaborating with operations to prioritise

Formación

• This role requires a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
• Applicants should hold a Cert IV in Training and Assessment.
• Knowledge of security, defence or related industries is preferred.
• Strong administrative skills to develop professional learning materials.
• Experience developing competency frameworks.
• Ability to produce visually clear reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and deliver operational and accredited training for the guarding workforce and stakeholders.
• Report to the General Manager within the Defence portfolio and manage learning interventions.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to set learning priorities and calendars.
• Develop client/site specific training tools and resources for delivery by staff.
• Coach others in applying adult learning concepts and guidelines.
• Manage multiple online learning systems and records.
