Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Training & Certification is seeking a Training Operations Specialist to orchestrate the end‑to‑end delivery of regional trainings across APJ, including contracting, trainer resourcing, LMS setup and billing to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You will manage trainer scheduling, coordinate with cross‑functional teams and external vendors, and maintain high data accuracy for billing and reporting in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English – written and spoken.
• Experience in sales or sales support roles.
• Minimum 3 years in a team coordination role.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate virtual and in‑person training across APJ, including contracting, trainer resourcing, LMS setup and billing.
• Process digital team subscriptions for timely provisioning and access to AWS Skill Builder.
• Evaluate training requests and assign trainers to maximize regional utilization.
• Support trainer scheduling, rescheduling and calendar management in LMS; ensure continuity.
