Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Training & Certification is seeking a Training Operations Specialist to orchestrate the day-to-day delivery of programs across APJ, balancing virtual and in-person engagements with strong operational rigor.

You will coordinate trainer resourcing, LMS setup, and billing while collaborating with Legal, Finance, and Sales Operations to ensure timely provisioning and accurate data across systems. Fluent English and 3+ years in a coordinating role are required.

Qualifications

• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
• Experience in sales support or a sales-adjacent role.
• Minimum three years in a team coordination/operations support role.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Experience following vendor contracts, invoicing, and billing processes.
• Familiarity with LMS and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day operations of virtual and in-person training deliveries across APJ.
• Manage trainer resourcing, LMS setup, and billing to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor requests, assign trainers, and reschedule engagements as needed.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Tax, Compliance, Pricing, and Sales Operations to ensure alignment.
• Maintain accurate data in LMS, Salesforce, and related tools to support revenue recognition.
