Job summary

Amazon Web Services Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Training Operations Specialist within AWS Training & Certification. You will orchestrate day-to-day operations of regions across APJ, manage trainer resourcing, LMS setup, and billing to ensure a seamless training experience for customers.

You will coordinate with Legal, Finance, Pricing, Training Delivery, and Sales Operations to align schedules and resources, while maintaining data accuracy across LMS and Salesforce to support revenue

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Experience in a sales or sales support role.
• Minimum of three years in a team coordination position.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in following finance processes related to vendor engagements, PO management, invoicing and billing.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the full lifecycle of virtual and in-person training deliveries across APJ.
• Process digital team subscriptions and provisioning in AWS Skill Builder.
• Evaluate training requests and assign authorized trainers to match customer needs while maximizing utilization.
• Support trainer shuffles and class rescheduling; manage trainer time blocks and availability in LMS.
• Monitor internal hotline channels; provide actionable recommendations for last-minute changes.
• Maintain data accuracy across LMS, Salesforce, and working tools to support billing metrics.
• Manage end-of-month training delivery billing and support AP/AR functions.
• Identify programs to improve operational workflows with limited guidance.
• Maintain knowledge of key programs, platforms, and tools and champion process improvements.
