Mainfreight is seeking a Training Administration Support in Moorebank, NSW. Join our Training & Development Team to coordinate courses, manage trainees, and help run our Sydney Training Centre.

You will book flights and accommodation for trainers and trainees across sites, support branches with training adverts, and handle general training queries. No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training and a pathway within our global logistics business.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating training courses is welcome.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training courses from planning to execution, including trainee management and materials.
• Book flights and accommodation for trainers and trainees to various sites.
• Ensure the smooth running of the Sydney Training Centre.
• Process supplier invoices and accounts related to training.
• Answer general questions about training courses.
• Support branches with posting of job adverts.
• Contribute to event management aspects and coordinate moving pieces within timelines.
