Job summary

Speller International in Melbourne is seeking an experienced SAP Project / Delivery Manager to lead a complex SAP S/4HANA transformation for a major organisation. You will own scope, budget and governance while coordinating multiple workstreams and guiding senior stakeholders.

This senior role requires driving SAP Activate across the lifecycle, leading Fit-to-Standard workshops, data migration and cutover, and mentoring delivery teams to ensure successful commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have SAP S/4HANA project delivery experience.
• Solid knowledge of SAP Activate and implementation methodology.
• Must have proven experience delivering or overseeing Agile sprints, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Experience managing multiple SAP workstreams.
• Strong project financial and commercial management experience.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The confidence to challenge plans, resolve delivery issues and drive outcomes.
• Experience with Jira is a must.
