Job summary

Golden West Apprenticeships is seeking a Training and Employment Coordinator to build strong relationships with apprentices and local businesses, manage a diverse caseload across Dalby, Kingaroy and surrounding areas, and support the full lifecycle from commencement to completion.

You will work with a supportive team, promote apprenticeships, and help connect jobseekers with skilled staffing solutions while maintaining records in the apprenticeship management system.

Qualifications

• Interest in the employment/apprenticeship sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for promoting apprenticeships and services to the local community.
• Self-motivated and able to prioritise workload autonomously.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Working with Children Check or ability to obtain prior to commencement.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain effective relationships with apprentices/trainees and local businesses.
• Manage a caseload of apprentices/trainees across Dalby, Kingaroy and surrounding areas.
• Oversee all aspects of an apprentice’s lifecycle from commencement to completion.
• Develop and maintain a client base to engage apprentices and trainees.
• Maintain accurate records within the apprenticeship management system.
