Job summary

MEGT in North Lakes, Queensland, is hiring to support field staff, employers and Apprentices in an Apprentice Connect Provider role. The role blends customer interaction and administration in a high-volume environment, with emphasis on accuracy and compliance.

You will deliver outstanding service by phone and email, assist with Training Contracts, incentive claims and loan applications, and keep customer records up to date while supporting internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles and KPI targets.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyse information and respond to inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service via phone and email.
• Assist with Training Contracts, incentive claims, support loan applications, and related documentation.
• Address and follow up customer enquiries within service standards.
• Maintain and update customer records accurately.
• Support internal field staff with administrative and program-related tasks.
