Inscope Training Pty Ltd is seeking a friendly Training Coordinator in Sydney Penrith. No prior experience is required as full training is provided. The role focuses on guiding students and employers through their training journey, with Monday–Friday, full-time hours.

You will handle admin tasks, inductions, and relationship-building, while learning the ropes of education administration, student support, and business operations in a dynamic RTO environment.

Inscope Training (RTO 40926) is a growing and dynamic Registered Training Organisation (RTO) providing hands-on, practical training in apprenticeships and short courses across Queensland and New South Wales. What You'll Be Doing

As a Training Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person helping students and employers stay on track throughout their training journey. Don’t worry, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Student life-cycle administration tasks
• Facilitating apprentice and employer inductions
• Building relationships with clients (both apprentices and employers)
• Communicating with students, trainers and employers

• Confident and professional on the phone and in person
• Friendly, helpful, and a team player
• Willing to learn, take direction, and follow processes
• Great with detail and like to stay organised
• Comfortable using a computer (or eager to learn!)
