Job summary

Symal is seeking a highly organised Training & Compliance Coordinator to join the People & Capability team on a 12-month fixed-term parental leave contract. You will coordinate training, onboarding and workforce compliance across office-based and site-based employees, maintaining training records and ensuring adherence to industry and client requirements.

Qualifications

Experience in training coordination and compliance administration.
Experience with workforce planning or HR administration.
Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
Experience maintaining databases and compliance systems.
Ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.

Responsibilities

Coordinate training matrices, onboarding requirements and refresher training to ensure workforce compliance.
Maintain training records and compliance systems across office-based and site-based employees.
Support apprenticeships, graduates and development programs.
Manage employee onboarding and compliance requirements through client and contractor systems.
Liaise with managers, employees, training providers and external stakeholders to address training needs.
Coordinate project-specific compliance requirements, inductions and licences.
Monitor training costs and process invoices; maintain reporting across activities.
Support continuous improvement of training processes and systems.
