This 7/7 rostered role involves designing and delivering classroom and hands-on programs for internal technicians, site personnel, and external customers to optimise safety and productivity on mining sites. You will develop materials, stay current with CAT technology, and collaborate with customers and OEM partners to drive continuous improvement across

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Caterpillar MineStar technologies (essential).
• Cert IV in Training and Assessment (desirable).
• Background in mining operations, technology implementation, or equipment training.
• Strong understanding of mine site operations and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt training to diverse learning styles and cultural backgrounds.
• Willingness to travel to remote mine sites domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training on Caterpillar MineStar technologies.
• Conduct on-site training sessions for maintenance teams and mine site personnel.
