Job summary

Community College Gippsland (CCG) invites Expressions of Interest for Trainers and Assessors to join our team, delivering training and assessing in Beauty, Community Services, Education and Horticulture. This is a part-time permanent opportunity supporting learners across diverse backgrounds.

You will develop resources, maintain records, mentor students and ensure compliance with VET and RTO standards, with online, blended and workplace delivery.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
• Relevant industry qualifications and experience in your vocational area.
• Experience delivering training and conducting competency-based assessments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds.
• Sound understanding of VET compliance requirements and RTO standards.
• Experience with online, blended and workplace-based training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Delivering engaging training programs to diverse learner groups.
• Assessing learner competency in accordance with nationally recognised training standards.
• Developing and maintaining training and assessment resources.
• Providing coaching, mentoring and support to students throughout their learning journey.
• Ensuring compliance with RTO standards, training package requirements and organisational policies.
• Maintaining accurate training and assessment records.
