TAFE Gippsland invites applications for a part-time Community Services teacher based at Warragul Campus. The role involves delivering face-to-face and online teaching across Community Services qualifications, supporting students to gain essential skills and knowledge for their future careers.

You will develop high-quality training resources, manage assessment tasks, and handle related administration while maintaining current vocational and teaching currency.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) is mandatory.
• Relevant vocational qualification to teaching/assessing is required.
• Extensive relevant industry experience is expected.
• Current Victorian Working with Children Clearance is required.
• Current Police check (not older than 12 months) is required.
• Current Driver’s Licence is required.
• A six-month probationary period applies to this role.
• Job security – Permanent role is offered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality training and assessment to Community Services students.
• Create educational resources and deliver face-to-face and online teaching.
• Carry out course delivery administration including assessment marking and feedback.
