You will use varied teaching methods, maintain records, and liaise with industry partners to ensure content stays current. A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is required, with AQF knowledge and a commitment to professional development.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Trainer and Assessor in a VET setting or equivalent.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent recognised for VET delivery.
• Knowledge of AQF and training package competency standards.
• Experience conducting fair and valid assessments using various methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
• Experience working with diverse learner cohorts.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver engaging vocational training sessions to diverse cohorts.
• Conduct competency assessments per training package requirements and standards.
• Provide constructive feedback to learners and track progress.
• Maintain accurate attendance, participation, performance and assessment records.
• Liaise with industry partners to reflect current practices in training content.
• Support learner progression into employment or further study with guidance.
