Job summary

Superior Training Centre (STC) is seeking experienced Trainers and Assessors to deliver face-to-face classes in Electrical, HVAC or Carpentry. Join a privately operated RTO that partners with industry to deliver high-quality hands-on training and help learners become industry-ready.

We welcome motivated professionals able to work one day a week or more, including evenings and weekends, with current trade qualifications and TAE certification.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122).
• Relevant trade qualifications and current industry experience.
• Ability to deliver face-to-face training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, practical training sessions.
• Support learners to achieve industry-ready skills.
• Plan and deliver lessons using flexible, tech-savvy approaches.
• Conduct assessments and maintain student records.
• Keep skills sharp through ongoing professional development.

About the Roles

We're on the lookout for motivated, experienced, and inspiring Trainers and Assessors to deliver face-to-face classes in one or more of the following areas:

• Electrical
• HVAC
• Carpentry

Whether you're available one day a week, night times, Saturdays or full week, we'd like to hear from you!

Candidates must be available for a minimum of one day per week to be considered for this position.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll bring your industry knowledge and teaching passion to life by:

• Delivering engaging, professional, and practical training sessions
• Supporting learners to achieve real results and industry-ready skills
• Planning and delivering lessons using modern, flexible, and tech-savvy approaches
• Conducting assessments, maintaining student records, and meeting RTO 2015 Standards
• Keeping your skills sharp through continuous professional development

About You

We're looking for Trainers who are:

• Energetic and passionate about helping others succeed
• Confident communicators who can engage and motivate learners
• Strong team players with initiative and independence
• Up to date with their industry and VET knowledge
