Job summary

Axial Training in Queensland invites an experienced Electrician to become a dedicated trainer and assessor, guiding apprentices through Certificate III in Electrotechnology and related programs. You’ll deliver practical electrical training, mentor students and help them become confident, work-ready professionals.

This role offers autonomy to manage your own schedule, opportunities to travel across the state, and a chance to grow your career by sharing real industry experience with the next

Qualifications

• Have qualifications and industry experience in Electrotechnology.
• Experienced Trainer & Assessor or working towards your TAE.
• Enjoy sharing your industry knowledge.
• Can engage and connect with young people.
• Are organised, reliable and committed to quality training.

Responsibilities

• Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician to apprentices across the state.
• Certificate II in Electrotechnology training programs in our VET in Schools programs.
• Practical, hands-on electrical training and theory.
• Mentoring and supporting students.
• Helping students become confident, capable and work-ready.
• Building strong relationships with schools and industry.
