Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Training Specialist to build workforce capability within mining operations in rural NSW. You will lead onboarding, training and competency development across field and operational teams, ensuring practical, hands-on learning that improves safety and performance.

You will conduct competency assessments, support training system records and compliance, and partner with leaders to strengthen skills.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or Enterprise Trainer/Assessor Skillset is required.
• Operational experience within mining, processing, maintenance or another heavy industry environment.
• Experience delivering training, inductions, coaching, mentoring or competency assessments.
• Familiarity with INX/Quartex Intuition or similar training management systems would be advantageous
