Job summary

Titan Recruitment is seeking a Training Advisor to drive site safety training strategy at a Southern Cross WA site. This contract role focuses on coordinating delivery of training programs for a major Australian gold operator, with responsibilities across planning and compliance.

The ideal candidate will hold Cert IV Training & Assessment, operate UG loaders/trucks, and possess DG, working at heights, confined space and gas testing qualifications, plus strong VET systems knowledge.

Qualifications

• Cert IV Training & Assessment.
• Licence or Cert to operate UG loader or UG trucks.
• Current Dangerous Goods Licence.
• Certificate in Working at Heights, Confined Space Entry and Gas Testing Atmospheres.
• Strong knowledge of VET systems, framework and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development, implementation, coordination and delivery of training framework & analysis.
• Coordinate all training activities.
• Develop annual training calendar and action plan.
• Process, verify and maintain employee training and development documents and database.
• Develop, review and ensure all training meets national standards.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Relevant Qualifications: Cert IV TAE,
• Licence or Cert in operating equipment such as UG loader, UG Trucks, UG IT
• Current Dangerous Goods Licence
• Certificate in Working at Heights, Confined Space Entry and Gas Testing Atmospheres
• Solid understanding of VET (Vocational Education and training) systems, framework & statutory requirements
