Job summary

BSI Learning. Institute Pty is seeking qualified trainers to deliver and assess stand-alone units in a face-to-face classroom setting in NSW. You will ensure high-quality, compliant sessions and establish robust assessment systems so each student achieves the required competencies.

The role requires TA specific qualifications, Australian work eligibility, and the ability to engage learners at all levels. You will work autonomously with strong time management while maintaining safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Australian citizenship or permission to work in Australia.
• TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
• TAESS00026 Foundation Skills Integration Skill Set.
• Industry workplace experience aligned with delivered courses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver FSK10119 Certificate I in Access to Vocational Pathways.
• Deliver FSK10219 Certificate I in Skills for Vocational Pathways.
• Deliver FSK20119 Certificate II in Skills for Work and Vocational Pathways.
• Assess students against relevant units of competency.
• Ensure appropriate assessment systems are in place.
• Deliver high quality and compliant training sessions.
• Engage all learner types and levels.

About you

• Demonstrated experience delivering accredited vocational training

• Ability to work unsupervised and good time management skills
• Clear communicator with experience working with people from disadvantaged backgrounds with mixed levels of education and learning
• Ability to balance flexibility with compliance in a unique environment without compromising training integrity or workplace safety protocols
• Moderate computer literacy including MS Office suite
