Job summary

Park Orchards Community House and Learning Centre is seeking experienced Trainers and Assessors to deliver Certificate III level qualifications in School Based Education Support, including face-to-face, blended and online formats. • Relevant qualifications and industry experience at Certificate III or above.
• A current TAE qualification (TAE40116 or TAE40122 or higher).
• Current industry knowledge and experience in relevant sector.
• Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deliver engaging face-to-face, blended and/or online training.
• Commitment to quality training, assessment, student outcomes and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions in accordance with training package requirements.
• Assess students' knowledge and practical skills fairly and consistently.
• Provide constructive feedback and ongoing support to students.
• Facilitate practical learning activities and workplace-based learning placements.
• Maintain accurate student training and assessment records.
• Ensure training and assessment practices meet relevant regulatory and quality requirements.
• Keep up to date with industry practices, legislation and changes to training package requirements.
• Work collaboratively with the compliance and education team.
• Support students to successfully complete their qualification.

We are seeking experienced and passionate Trainer and Assessors to deliver Certificate III level qualifications in School Based Education Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions in accordance with training package requirements
• Assess students' knowledge and practical skills fairly and consistently
• Provide constructive feedback and ongoing support to students
• Facilitate practical learning activities and workplace-based learning placements
• Maintain accurate student training and assessment records
• Ensure training and assessment practices meet relevant regulatory and quality requirements
• Keep up to date with industry practices, legislation and changes to training package requirements
• Work collaboratively with the compliance and education team
• Support students to successfully complete their qualification

About You
