Responsabilités

• Work closely with the store manager to bring exciting ideas to life and build an exemplary in-store team.
• Support the store manager in building a customer-focused team that enhances shopping experiences.
• Assist in training sessions, provide constructive feedback, and observe leadership.
• Delegate tasks to the management team to meet customer and store needs.
• Contribute to planning and implementing budgets, sales targets, staffing, and stock control.
