What You’ll Learn & Do

As a Process Operator Trainee, you’ll receive structured training, hands‑on experience and ongoing mentoring from experienced industry professionals. You’ll develop the skills and knowledge to:

• Safely operate, monitor and control plant and equipment.
• Carry out basic maintenance, troubleshooting and equipment isolations.
• Use hand tools and complete a range of operational tasks.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace presentation.
• Assist with equipment breakdowns and process improvement activities.
• Follow workplace procedures and safety standards to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
• Build the practical skills and confidence needed to progress your career within the industry.
