Job summary

Bell Bay Aluminium is seeking an Operator to support safe, sustainable aluminium production by operating mobile and fixed plant equipment and performing manual tasks in a hot environment. You will join a tight-knit team and learn under experienced leadership to build a rewarding career.

You’ll work 12-hour shifts, including days and nights, with a safety-first culture and strong team support. Training is provided to help you develop essential skills and qualifications for growth.

About The Role

The role of an Operator is vital to the success of our business. Supported by your leader and the experienced team, you will learn to be responsible for supporting our operational departments to ensure the safe and sustainable production of aluminium through the operation of mobile and fixed plant equipment in conjunction with manual duties. You’ll be working in a hot, physically demanding environment, doing manual work that will challenge you. But you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll be part of a tight-knit, supportive team that’s got your back from day one. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience to build a rewarding career.
