McPhersons Parts and Service in NSW is seeking a motivated Trainee Parts Interpreter to start their career with the AEH Group. This entry‑level role is designed to build knowledge of agricultural machinery parts and customer service.

You’ll liaise with customers to assess needs, recommend and order parts, generate quotes and invoices, and help maintain the showroom and stock. You’ll receive comprehensive training and strong team support across our expanding NSW branch network.

The Opportunity:

• Liaising with customers to assess their needs, then recommend and sell them the appropriateparts.
• Provide advice regarding parts specifications to customers.
• Source and order parts as well as generate quotes and invoices
• Maintain a clean and presentable parts department, including showroom, entrance, parts receival and storage areas.
• Maintain inventory in line with the business and customer needs, including seasonal demands.
