Job summary

Reid Stockfeeds (Reid’s) in Victoria is seeking a Trainee Miller who will learn under a Senior Miller to produce stockfeed to the required standards. You will begin by developing skills and competencies to take responsibility for production, following correct processes and procedures in a safe, efficient manner.

The role emphasises site hygiene, quality control, and safety, with structured training and progression toward Level 1 competencies within Reid Miller competency frameworks.

About the Role

We’re seeking a Trainee Miller, to work under the supervision of a Senior Miller, the key role of a Miller (level 1) is to develop skills and competencies to take responsibility for production of stockfeed following correct processes and procedures, at the required standard.

Your First 30, 60 & 90 Days

Days 1-30 |

• Build relationships with key stakeholders within your team.

• Ensure hygiene standards are kept and maintained across the site
• Achievement of Level 1 Competencies as per the Reid Miller Competency Matrix

Days 61-90 |

• Commitment to training
• Completion of first 2 FeedSafe modules.
