Job summary

Ridley is seeking a Production Operator to join our team in Pakenham and contribute to manufacturing operations. You will operate production equipment, monitor quality, and ensure safe, efficient production of goods in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to working safely, with willingness to learn and follow instructions. Prior manufacturing experience is welcome but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor mill production equipment in accordance with SOPs.
• Assist in producing high-quality products that meet customer specifications.
• Monitor production processes and report any quality or equipment issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.
• Follow workplace health, safety, environmental and quality procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve daily production targets.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

What You will be Doing

• Operate and monitor mill production equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Assist in producing high-quality products that meet customer specifications.
