Wickham Freight Lines in Sydney is seeking a Trainee Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team. This entry-level role develops core skills in planning, scheduling, and problem-solving within a busy 24/7 transport environment.

You will dock and dispatch trips, learn to schedule drivers and subcontractors, ensure drivers receive accurate paperwork, and liaise with the logistics manager to meet customer freight requirements. This full-time position offers a clear path to progression.

As a Trainee logistics coordinator, flexibility is key as our business operates on a 24/7 basis inclusive of public holidays. This role is a full time role, Monday to Friday.

This role has the following tasks:

• Docking and dispatching trips
• Learn how to schedule drivers and subcontractors to loads on a timely basis and within the guidelines of the Wickham Freight Lines Fatigue Management System
• Ensure drivers receive accurate information and paperwork related to loads/pickups
• Liaise with the logistics manager and other staff to ensure all freight requirements of customers are met
