Job summary

Busy Bees at [CENTRE] in Brisbane is hiring a Trainee Educator. This role offers an excellent chance to earn while you learn, working full-time and pursuing a nationally recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.

You will support educators delivering play-based learning aligned with EYLF, help maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong relationships with children and families while contributing to daily routines and NQS standards.

Qualifications

• Enrolment in or currently enrolled in Certificate III or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Must obtain WWVP/WWCC for QLD, VIC, NSW, SA, WA as indicated.
• Basic communication skills and willingness to learn.

What you’ll do

Support educators in delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

What you’ll bring

Ability to obtain a valid ACT Working with Vulnerable People Registration (WWVP) - Working with Children Check for [QLD. VIC, NSW, SA, WA]

A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic

Previous experience with children (e.g., babysitting, volunteering) is advantageous but not essential
