Busy Bees at Beenleigh is seeking a passionate and adaptable Casual Educator to support our team on a casual basis. You will help create a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where children feel supported and inspired to learn, aligned with Busy Bees values.

Eligible candidates hold Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or are working towards it) and have current First Aid/CPR, as well as relevant safety certifications or willingness to obtain them.

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications or willingness to obtain.

• Supporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF.
• Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children.
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
• Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children.
• Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the NQS.

We’re seeking a passionate and adaptable Casual Educator to support our team at Busy Bees at Beenleigh , on a casual basis. You will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel supported and inspired to learn.

What you’ll do

• Supporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)




• Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children




• Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members




• Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children




• Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS)

What you’ll bring

• A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values




• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)




• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)




• Current - Working with Children Check for QLD.




• Experience working as an Educator within Australia is highly regarded




• Flexibility to work across shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday
