Busy Bees Nurseries Ltd. in Brisbane is seeking a motivated Trainee Educator to join a busy centre on a full-time basis.

You will support educators, help deliver play-based learning, and work towards a nationally recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care. The role focuses on creating a safe, inclusive environment, building strong relationships with children and families, and contributing to daily routines while you learn on the job.

• A genuine commitment to child safety and Busy Bees values.
• Willingness to enrol in or currently enrolled in a Certificate III or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Basic communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow.
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Support educators in delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF.
• Assist in creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
• Support daily routines, transitions, and supervision of children.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards aligned with the NQS.
