Job summary

LiveHire Limited is hiring Community Support Workers in NSW to assist aged care clients at home. No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training and support to obtain Certificate III in Individual Support, with paid buddy shifts and training days.

Shifts are Monday to Friday between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, with 15–30+ hours weekly. Duties include domestic help, personal care, meals, shopping, and transportation, using your own vehicle with NSW licence and insurance.

Qualifications

• Be caring, supportive and reliable with a great attitude.
• Must be willing to learn and pass required checks and obtain NSW Driver Licence.
• On-the-job training provided to obtain Certificate III in Individual Support.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes and provide services such as domestic assistance, shopping trips, personal care, meal preparation, transportation, and accompaniment to medical appointments.
• Support social activities and respite care for clients.
• Operate within hours between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with flexible days to cover 15–30+ hours per week.

Our client, a well-established home and community care organisation, is seeking new team members to join their local team in the region.

No experience is required; we will train you in Certificate III in Individual Support, and you will be paid to attend buddy shifts, regular shifts, and training days.

On-the-job training provided.

We are expanding this team to deal with the increase in new clients requiring services, with the expansion of community services.

When you start your career as a Community Support Worker, you can complete socialisation and domestic tasks. As you progress, you will receive training in additional services, such as personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting), respite, catheter care, and much more!

• Have a current NSW driver's licence

• Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or a Permanent resident, allowing access to State Funding for the program.

Shifts are available Monday to Friday, between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm.

You will be visiting (clients - aged care) in their homes and supporting them with services, which may include:
