Ternary is seeking Community Support Workers to assist aged care clients in their homes across the local area. No prior experience required as on-the-job training is provided, with paid attendance at buddy shifts and training days.
Shifts are flexible, 15–30 hours per week, with a part-time hourly rate of 32.06 AUD. Eligible applicants will have a NSW driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and be willing to obtain First Aid & CPR and undergo background checks.

Our client, a well-established home and community care organisation, is seeking new team members to join their local team in the region.
No experience is required; we will train you in Certificate III in Individual Support, and you will be paid to attend buddy shifts, regular shifts, and training days.

When you start your career as a Community Support Worker, you can complete socialisation and domestic tasks. As you progress, you will receive training in additional services, such as personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting), respite, catheter care, and much more!
