Job summary

Ternary Pty Ltd is hiring Trainee Aged Care Workers for home care in the Belrose/Northern Beaches area. Roles offer on-the-job training, paid study time for Certificate III, and regular shifts with family-friendly hours.

Qualifications

  • No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
  • Must have NSW driver's licence.
  • Must live within 10 kms of the Belrose/Northern Beaches area.
  • Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, access to State Funding for the program.

Responsibilities

  • Visit clients in their homes and provide essential aged care support.
  • Assist with domestic tasks, meal preparation, shopping, and transportation.
  • Support personal care tasks as needed and participate in social activities.
  • Attend training and complete relevant certificates while paid in role.
