Job summary

Ternary is seeking a part-time Community Support Worker to assist clients in their homes across NSW. No prior experience required; on-the-job training and payment while you study Certificate III in Individual Support are provided.

Shifts are flexible Mon-Fri 7:00 am–7:00 pm, minimum 15 hours/week, up to 30+ hours. You will help with domestic tasks, personal care, meal prep, transport, and social activities for aged care clients; must have NSW driver's license, reliable vehicle with insurance,

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must have NSW driver’s licence and reliable vehicle with insurance.
• Willingness to obtain First Aid & CPR.
• Requires available hours Mon–Fri between 7:00 and 19:00.
• Minimum 15 hours per week, up to 30+ hours.

Responsibilities

• Domestic assistance and personal care duties.
• Meal preparation and shopping trips.
• Transportation to medical appointments and social activities.
• Working with aged care clients in community/home settings.
• Local area residents preferred.
