Job summary

Ternary is seeking Trainee Aged Care Workers to support clients in Belmont and surrounding areas. Training in Certificate III in Individual Support is provided, with paid shifts during buddy days and training sessions. A reliable vehicle and NSW driver’s licence are required, with shifts between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

No prior experience is necessary. Excellent incentives and supportive working conditions are offered, with State Funding access for eligible residents.

Qualifications

• Be caring, supportive and reliable; possess a great attitude.
• Able to pass a National Police Check.
• Have a current NSW driver’s licence and a reliable, registered vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide domestic assistance and meal preparation.
• Assist with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming).
• Support clients with shopping, transportation and appointments.
• Facilitate social activities and respite services.
• Be willing to learn and adapt to client needs.
