Job summary

Ternary is seeking Community Support Workers in the Belmont area to assist aged care clients at home. No prior experience is required; you will be trained while studying Certificate III in Individual Support and paid for training days and buddy shifts.

Positions are permanent part-time with flexible shifts from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday. A reliable vehicle and NSW driver’s licence are essential, and you must be within 10 km of Belmont to access local clients.

Qualifications

• No experience is required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must have NSW driver’s licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
• Access to State Funding for the program for eligible applicants.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes to provide aged care services (domestic assistance, personal care, meal preparation, transportation).
• Support clients with daily tasks, social activities, and light respite where needed.
• Coordinate with the care team to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
