Job summary

AVADA Traffic is seeking a Supervisor for day and afternoon shifts at our Yarraville depot. The role manages a geographic area, oversees traffic controller teams, and ensures safe, productive operations that meet client requirements. Some travel between sites, depots and offices will be required.

You will conduct site audits, maintain rosters, handle on-call coverage, and contribute to budgeting. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a supervisory traffic control role, strong safety knowledge, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory traffic control role.
• Strong knowledge of traffic management plans and safety protocols.
• Valid traffic control certification and driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct site audits to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Implement approved systems for records, inspections and stock checks.
• Adhere to incident reporting and escalation procedures.
• Manage client feedback and corrective actions.
• Complete all client requirements and documentation.
• Oversee on-call coverage during night shifts and rosters.
• Review daily and weekly rosters and resolve rejected shifts.
• Maintain inventory and stock takes of signage across vehicles and depots.
