  • Ensure compliance with Transport for NSW requirements, Austroads guidelines and project specifications.

  • Work closely with project delivery teams to ensure traffic impacts are effectively managed throughout construction.
  • Liaise with clients, local councils, emergency services, regulatory authorities and community stakeholders.
  • Lead traffic risk assessments and ensure appropriate mitigation strategies are implemented.

  • Strong understanding of Transport for NSW traffic management requirements and standards.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing complex traffic staging strategies.
  • Demonstrated success managing stakeholder relationships across government, client and community interfaces.
  • Strong knowledge of temporary traffic management, road occupancy requirements and operational risk management.
  • Excellent planning, communication and problem‑solving skills.
