Job summary

OCC Services is seeking an experienced Traffic Management Operations Manager to lead our Sydney operations (Seven Hills) and drive growth. You will oversee day-to-day activities, ensure safe, efficient and profitable project delivery, and manage a high-performing team across multiple sites.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, regulatory compliance and a strong safety culture to support growth and service delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Traffic Management Operations Manager, Operations Manager, Area Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of traffic management operations within NSW.
• Demonstrated experience managing large operational teams and multiple projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and operational performance.
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management practices.
• Current Drivers Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operational teams, supervisors, planners and field employees.
• Ensure all traffic management activities comply with TfNSW requirements, WHS legislation and company standards.
• Manage labour resources, fleet utilisation and project scheduling.

OCC is seeking an experienced Traffic Management Operations Manager to lead our Sydney (Seven Hills) operations and play a key role in the continued growth of our business.This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven leader with strong operational, people management and client relationship skills to lead a high performing team. You will drive operational excellence, safety compliance, workforce management and exceptional service delivery across a diverse portfolio of projects.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Sydney traffic management business, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably.
