Job summary
Moorabool Shire Council is seeking a Traffic and Design Engineer to deliver across traffic, transport, road safety and civil infrastructure. You will drive projects from initial assessment and design through to construction support and delivery, providing practical engineering advice to the Council and community.
You bring experience in traffic engineering, road safety and transport planning, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil Site Design.
Qualifications
- Experience across traffic engineering, road safety, transport planning and/or civil infrastructure design.
- Ability to analyse information, investigate issues and translate technical requirements into fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Work across traffic, transport, road safety and civil infrastructure; take projects from initial assessment and design through to construction support and delivery.
- Contribute to traffic and road safety solutions, prepare civil designs and assess traffic management.
- Provide practical engineering advice that supports the Council and the community.
