Job summary

Garde Services is seeking an experienced Traffic Coordinator to oversee all traffic management operations for on-site projects in Sydney. You will implement TGSs, manage Traffic Controllers, and ensure compliance with road authority requirements while maintaining safety and efficiency on busy work sites.

Key responsibilities include coordinating daily allocations, managing vehicles and equipment, and liaising with clients and authorities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in traffic management or a similar role.
• Valid Traffic Control Certificate and White Card.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety and compliance.

Responsibilities
