Gilbert Labour Solutions is recruiting a Traffic Control Coordinator for a large paper manufacturing and recycling facility at Smithfield, NSW. The role oversees traffic movement in the Wasteyard, coordinating loaders, forklifts and drivers to maintain safe flow on a 24/7 site.

Ventures include flexible shifts across day, afternoon, night and weekends, with uniform, PPE and training provided. Join a stable team delivering reliable labour on a long‑term contract in a busy mill environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold IMP & TCR traffic control licences.
• Experience in a manufacturing or recycling environment is preferred.
• Flexible across day/evening/night/weekend shifts.
• Safety‑first mindset and reliable, punctual.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate traffic entering and exiting the Wasteyard.
• Communicate with loaders, forklifts, skid steers and truck drivers.
• Operate a remote-control gate system for access management.
• Record truck arrivals and departures.
• Monitor safety and report hazards.
• Support smooth operations across the site.
