Job summary

PHE Group is seeking a safety- and quality-conscious Site Supervisor to join our Tumut operations near Cabramurra NSW. You will work a 12-hour DIDO roster, leading a team across multiple sites with regular overtime balanced by time at home.

In this role you will deliver safe, productive work, report status and forecasts, and maintain rigorous records using MS Office. Desirable licences include WP, Working at Heights, HR Driver, White Card, and a National Police Clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operators and trades on industrial sites.
• Strong safety culture and ability to lead by example.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to plan and coordinate with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver safe, productive and quality work in industrial settings.
• Report project status including forecast outcomes on time, cost, scope and quality.
• Maintain records of work-in-progress and communications.
• Participate in project planning and auditing activities.
• Oversee plant and equipment onsite to ensure compliance.
