Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process daily vendor and customer transactions with accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain and update pricing workbooks; distribute customer price listings promptly.
• Prepare and issue monthly vendor intake reports; respond to vendor queries on payments, weigh tickets, and destruction certificates.
• Provide system support to weighbridge staff and support internal/external customer service.
• Collaborate with Trading Managers, Representatives, Financial Services, and the State Accountant to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor CRM and website activity, manage inbound inquiries, and generate leads for buyers.
• Track and update unpriced ticket reports; assist buyers with unpriced volumes.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a Supplier Services Support Coordinator/ Trading Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll support smooth day to day operations by coordinating administration and pricing functions across vendor and customer transactions.

You’ll work closely with Trading Managers, Representatives, and internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, timely reporting, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process daily vendor and customer transactions with accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain and update pricing workbooks; distribute customer price listings promptly.
• Prepare and issue monthly vendor intake reports; respond to vendor queries on payments, weigh tickets, and certificates of destruction.
• Provide system support to weighbridge staff and deliver excellent internal/external customer service.
• Collaborate with Trading Managers, Representatives, Financial Services, and the State Accountant to ensure seamless operations.
