Responsibilities

Coordinate and process daily vendor and customer transactions with accuracy and compliance.
Maintain and update pricing workbooks; distribute customer price listings promptly.
Prepare and issue monthly vendor intake reports; respond to vendor queries on payments, weigh tickets, and destruction certificates.
Provide system support to weighbridge staff and support internal/external customer service.
Collaborate with Trading Managers, Representatives, Financial Services, and the State Accountant to ensure seamless operations.
Monitor CRM and website activity, manage inbound inquiries, and generate leads for buyers.
Track and update unpriced ticket reports; assist buyers with unpriced volumes.
