Job summary

ASX Limited is seeking an Officer, Trading Operations to support and monitor the ASX Trade and Trade24 markets. You will work within Market Operations, contributing to a resilient and compliant trading environment.

In this role, you will rotate on a 24-hour schedule, deliver strong customer service, and liaise with brokers, custodians, and regulators. Hybrid work options and background checks are part of the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Understanding of Australian Equity or Derivatives markets.
• Attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor markets on a 24 hour rotational shift structure.
• Provide high level customer service and escalate issues as needed.
• Complete daily checklist tasks with minimal supervision.
• Understand regulatory obligations for Trading Operations and escalate when necessary.
• Engage and service a diverse range of stakeholders including brokers and regulators.
• Maintain market awareness through media monitoring and trend analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve client service and operational efficiency.
