oOh!media is offering an internal opportunity within the Commercial team in South Melbourne to provide administrative support across the contract lifecycle. You will review contracts and leasing agreements for commercial partners, track expiries, and coordinate renewal approvals.

Formación

• Background in contracts administration or paralegal support.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Intermediate MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Team-minded with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Process contracts end-to-end with sign-offs and filing.
• Maintain expiry profiles, WIP trackers and contract registers.
• Prepare renewal letters and variation documents.
• Attend internal meetings, capture notes, and deliver key reports.
