Responsibilities

• Support the set‑up, implementation and ongoing monitoring of media campaigns across traditional and digital channels
• Assist with campaign reporting, data management and identifying insights from campaign performance
• Support campaign administration, billing, reconciliations and internal documentation
• Work closely with team, stakeholders, media partners and other agency teams to keep campaigns running smoothly
• Develop hands‑on knowledge of media platforms and channels including TV, OOH, Search, Programmatic and Paid Social
• Monitor campaigns and help identify and resolve discrepancies quickly and accurately
• Participate in brainstorms, training, workshops and strategy sessions
• Learn about the wider media landscape, technology and campaign delivery through structured training and on‑the‑job learning
