Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a Trading Manager in store operations to lead trading routines, maximise product availability and drive successful promotions. You will report directly to the Store Manager and influence how the sales floor performs daily.

In this role you will manage shifts and develop talent, ensuring your team can flex across departments while maintaining safe, legal, and high-standard trade practices.

• Keep operations running smoothly: Plan resources thoroughly, manage daily team routines, and build strong working relationships with other store departments.

Making sure our shelves are fully stocked is key to a fantastic shopping experience, which is why our Trading Managers are so vital to our success.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you’ll bring a hands-on approach to managing store-wide trading routines. You'll lead your team to deliver market-leading product availability, run smooth promotional events, and ensure every aisle is safe, legal, and ready for trade.
